4.3 brings a new Intelligent Hyperlink Tool, a ‘Reports’ Menu with a new Annotation Report and processing updates that’ll help you create bundles in less time, every time.

Intelligent Hyperlinking will automatically scan every document as you import them and will look for any references that you have listed, allowing you to seamlessly apply hyperlinks to them, in bulk, to your bundle. Eliminating duplicated effort, removing error, and helping you to confidently create court-compliant bundles.

Open the ‘Hyperlinks’ tool under ‘More’ in the Workspace Menu.

The new Annotation Report shows all annotations applied to your bundle, which section they are applied to, who created them and when they were created. This information can also be exported to an Excel spreadsheet.

The ‘Annotation Report’ is located in the new ‘Reports section’ under ‘More’ in the Workspace Menu.

A Split Volume by Document button has been added to the toolbar allowing the user to split their bundle at the selected document place (before or after), as an alternative to navigating to ‘Edit Pages’ and apply the same action there.
